Out of the Mouths of Babes

I love how toddlers are always reminding you of how you talk to them.  The other day we were all driving to a cookout and Maddox saw a plane out the window...

Maddox: A airplane!  See it?
Me (looking around and spotting it): Oh yeah, I see it!
Maddox: See it?
Me: Yup!
Maddox: See it?
Me: Yes I do.
Maddox (pointing frantically): Right there!
Me: Yup, there it is.
Maddox: Right there! 
Me: Yeah, right there it is.
Maddox: See it?

This went on until we couldn't see the airplane anymore.  Just like when it takes us 10 minutes to point out an airplane to him..."Do you see it Maddox?  Right there!  Look...right there.  No...over there.  See it?
